Happy 4th week of school, Bulldogs!

The Back to School STUCO dance is THIS FRIDAY! It will be in the elementary gym from 7pm-9pm. Be sure you have signed up on the Google Form that was sent out on your classes' google classroom. If you are NOT signed up, you are not able to attend. All guest forms must be turned in by Wednesday! Here are the eligibility requirements:

• Students must sign up to attend a dance 2 weeks in advance of the dance.  Guests who are not members of our school must do the same.  Failure to sign up in a timely manner will result in not being able to attend the dance.

• Students with 2 or more F’s in a quarter will not be able to attend a dance in the following quarter.

• Students must have 90% or higher cumulative attendance to attend a dance (unless it is waived by the principal/committee)

• Students with 6 or more tardies in the quarter the dance is being held will not be allowed to attend.

• Students with 3 or more office referrals in the quarter the dance is being held will not be allowed to attend.

• Students who have received 3 or more days of ISS or OSS in a semester will not be allowed to attend a dance in that semester (if OSS occurs on day of dance student will not be allowed to attend).

Student reminder: all students MUST have an e-hall pass when in the hallway during instructional time. Students must go to the destination indicated on the hallpass. A Tardy will result if a student does not have an EHall Pass or is not in the correct location.

All Awards for EOC and MAP testing will be given out this week. Reminder: if you earned a Proficient or Advance on at lease 1 test, you earn a trip to Scottie's fun spot, if you earned a Proficient or higher on 2 or more MAP/EOC tests=coupon book and trip, if you earned an Advanced on any test=trip and coupon book, Proficient or advance on ALL your tests=trip, coupon book, and enter to win a giftcard!

CairSoftball Tournament Information--LP will start off the day at 8:30 vs Marceline on the BB field

• Entry fee for fans is $5 for adults & $3 for students for all day.

• We will flip a coin before each game to determine home team. Home team will

  keep the official scorebook.

•  1 hour 30 minute time limit. We will complete the inning but no new inning will

  start after 1 hour 30 minutes.

•  We will play ahead if possible.

•  Teams need to provide their own water

•  We will have a full concession stand with hamburgers & hot dogs.

•  Top team on the bracket will have 3 rd base dugout for first round & rounds

  thereafter unless it causes a team to move unnecessarily. Cairo will have 1 st base

  dugout on softball field & 3rd base dugout on baseball field.
