The zoology students got to see the bacteria that they stained! Some were pretty gross but so interesting! Thank you, Mrs. Grimes for always guiding our amazing labs!

Check out these photos from our Winter Formal on Friday. A huge thank you goes to Mrs. Hulett and the FCCLA members who did a fantastic job organizing it!

Carpenter’s Union Representative Matt Hurley visited the La Plata KTEC juniors and seniors to share insight into the opportunities available through the carpentry and skilled trades pathway. Hurley spoke about the value of apprenticeships, the importance of hands-on learning, and the wide range of career options within the Carpenters Union. His presentation offered real-world guidance to students exploring future careers, and many left with a greater understanding of how the trades can provide strong, rewarding career paths.
This opportunity was made available through the RootEd program.
